What is it all about?
I created the eBook as a go to resource for you all to use on your health journey. I have collated simple yet effective health tips in the one easy place, for you all to experiment with. The idea is that you can find what works for you and your current schedule and reap the benefits, without the overwhelm feeling that is common when you just don't know where to start in your health journey.
I hope these 7 tips really resonate with you and help support your body towards optimum health! But most importantly I want you to embody your AMAZING self throughout the process!
Why should I join the challenge?
Because you are so worthy of happiness. By implementing the tasks I speak about in the eBook you are supporting not only your body but your mind and soul too! We are complex beings and when we strive towards a balance between our mind, body and soul our happiness levels naturally increase, we feel good and things start to become clearer. Living in tune with yourself and your truth is so powerful.
I can't do all 7 days right now, can I still join?
Absolutely! The eBook has been designed for you to pick up and use whenever it suits you. There are no set times. This week however, I am offering free email support as a one off, so if you want my help or support with any of the task be sure to email me this week!
Is it too late to join? I only just stumbled across this now.
Not at all, please feel free to down load and use the resource at any time at all. I want you to get the most out of it, so please share with friends and family members too if you feel like they would benefit.

Is it just for women?
No not at all, the content isn't gender specific so can be applied to anyone.
Is it restrictive?
No, not at all. Those of you who know me, will confirm I am a big believer of listening to your body and doing what is right for you and your current situation. There is no restriction, it is life as normal with adding in a small task each day.
